From left to right:
Red switch: Up = Dashboard is always power, regardless of the ignition. Down = Dashboard is powered up/down by the ignition key.

64: Fahrenheit
Left black switch: Up = outside temperature. Down = temperature near engine
Right black switch: Up = Degrees in Fahrenheit. Down = Degrees in Celcius
